Zwekapin United Women FC represents Kayin State and is one of the league’s veteran clubs. The team finished fourth in the 2017–18 Myanmar Women’s League and sixth in the 2018–19 season. Following the 2018–19 campaign, the club was dissolved but is now preparing for a return to competition in the 2026–27 Myanmar Women’s League season.
